The kingfish is, in my taste, as its best raw! The Hawaiians use normally tuna, but kingfish is as good!
Take 1 lb raw kingfish and chop inte 1-2 cm cubes. Add 1/2 dl soysauce and 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil. Chop spring onion and a small garlic clove. Sprinkle sesame seeds in the bowl. Enjoy!
This dish does not need to rest, but you can prepare it hours in advance.
