For 4 people cut the fish into four pieces, dry and season with salt. You can also turn them in flour if you like. Melt 250g spinach in butter in a pan, add 1 cup cream and let simmer for a couple of minutes. Meanwhile take a new pan, add butter and gently fry the fish on all sides. Do not over do it!
